Should you wish to return an item(s) you must fill out the form which can be found here. The buyer has 14 days to return the item(s) to ourselves (excluding non-postal days). Items which are returned after the 14 day period will be rejected.
Upon the return we will inspect the item(s) and issue a full refund within 48 hours subject to condition. All items should be returned in the condition they were sent and any defects upon the return are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is expected to pay the postage cost in full.*

Additionally if the buyer wishes to have the item collected by our personal courier service there will be a £15.00 collection charge - United Kingdom only. Additional charges may apply if there is more than one parcel and/or if the item(s) class as "Large" by the courier. 

*Please inspect each item(s) on delivery for any defects, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged or defective for a full refund or replacement.

*The return postage cost will not apply to the buyer if the item is deemed faulty or damaged in transit to the customer by our returns team.
